Mission

The Northland Technology Consortium (NTC) serves the region through collaboration, education and advocacy for the information technology community.

The NTC uses its member power to:

Collaborate

• Identify and meet the needs of regional employers by providing access to industry experts and training opportunities.
• Enhance and influence curriculum, facilitate internship placement and prepare local graduates for regional employment opportunities.
• Establish strong partnerships with organizations that can assist in advocating improvements in technology infrastructure and advancement in the region.

Educate

• Provide members with access to professional development and leadership opportunities.
• Ensure that members receive technical development courses.
• Provide members and industry stakeholders with forums and seminars.

Advocate

• Profile member organizations to promote collaboration and networking opportunities.
• Promote awareness of growing information technology employment opportunities.
• Communicate the economic impact of information technology employers and their importance to the region.
